Our chef, Paul Bourret, will delight you with his cooking, creating the meal you will have selected together in accordance with the seasons with a rich blend of multiple flavours.

Creative cooking with fresh produce which reflects the professionalism of the chef. We will propose to you a large selection of wines from the Aspres.

Open all year round for lunch and dinner except Tuesday evening and Wednesday out of season (October to March). Business meals, special meals for events such as communions, baptisms, can be arranged....

Originating in the catering lycée of Perpignan in 1976, Paul Bourret embarks on a journey that leads him to different parts of the world: England, Africa, the Antilles and France (Nîmes, Montpellier, Le Touquet, la Grande Motte) where he practices his profession in luxury hotels.

July 7 2007, he opens his own restaurant, d’ICI ET D’AILLEURS... .
